Death card to Siegfried Müller, Maschinen-Obergefreiter on the U-122. KIA on the 5th of August 1940.
He was decorated with the  U-Boat War Badge.
 
The U-122 was declared missing with all hands after 22 June 1940 between the North Sea and the Bay of Biscay. She may have collided with the vessel San Felipe on 22 June, or been sunk by depth charges from the corvette HMS Arabis on 23 June.
 
As often seen on Uboot death cards the date of the death is incorrectly mentioned on the card.
