Sterbebrief/death notice to Obergefreiter Peter Neustadtl who served in einem Aufklärungsregiment (Stab Kradschützen Btl. 59). He died in a hospital in Krems, Donau on the 13th of July 1940 after a motorcycle accident at the front.
 
His death notice was sent to a relative or friend who lived in Ginneken-Breda, Holland. At that time occupied territory which explains the censor mark "Oberkommando der Wehrmacht" for mail outside Germany.
